US woman returns from abroad to find inherited house sold using forged documents

A Tennessee woman returned from abroad in 2021 to discover that her late brother's house had been sold using a fake identity and forged documents. After she sued the company involved in the sale, a lower court dismissed her case. On Thursday, an appeals court revived her fraud claim but upheld the dismissal of her negligence claim.
