Ukrainians and Russians are sent false nuclear attack warnings in emergency app cyber hacks

Ukraine and Russia's air raid apps have both reportedly been hacked in cyber attacks. It was Ukraine that first reported issues, saying its public air raid alert app was sending fake alerts.
