Ukraine and Russia's emergency apps 'are hacked in cyber attacks' moments after localised ceasefire ends

Ukraine and Russia's air raid apps have both reportedly been hacked in cyber attacks. It was Ukraine that first reported issues, saying its public air raid alert app was sending fake alerts.
