Ukraine and Russia begin Oleshky ceasefire for aid mission

Around 2,000 people remain stranded in the city of Oleshky, facing severe shortages of food and medicine. The Russian-occupied town has been devastated by fighting and flooding since Moscow's invasion in 2022.
