UAE-based Al Habtoor Group to sell all assets in Lebanon

Al Habtoor Group has decided to sell all its assets and investments in Lebanon, including properties and hotels, due to prolonged instability and ongoing legal disputes with the Lebanese government, which have resulted in claimed losses of $1.7 billion. This decision follows the group's announcement in January to cease operations in the country and reflects a strategic shift towards markets offering greater stability and growth opportunities.
