Two US activists charged with felonies after undercover voting stunt in Minnesota
Two conservative activists, James O'Keefe and Cam Higby, have been charged with unlawful voting and identity theft in Minnesota after visiting polling stations and allegedly using other voters' identities during an undercover exercise. The men say they were testing the state's election rules and did not cast any ballots. Prosecutors argue that using someone else's identity while seeking a ballot is illegal.
