Police arrest 15-year-old boy in Tallahassee mass shooting that left 11 injured

The Tallahassee Police Department arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with the Oct. 24 mass shooting that left 11 people injured outside Bragg Stadium after Florida A&M University's homecoming football game. Anthony Rivers III was arrested Sunday, Oct. 25 in the mass shooting, one of the worst in Tallahassee history.
