Omani label Luvashk takes its ballerina heels to Paris

DUBAI: Omani footwear label Luvashk presented its Polka Dot Collection on the sidelines of Paris Fashion Week this month, a new take on its bestselling ballerina heel finished with lace and Swarovski crystals. “Paris has always represented effortless elegance, romance, and femininity to me, but also a certain playfulness,” founder and creative director Laila Fadhil told Arab News. “I didn’t want to interpret Paris in an obvious way. I wanted to capture a feeling rather than a landmark, something
