Man accused of thrashing petrol station worker in Lahore discharged from case as parties reach compromise

LAHORE: A judicial magistrate on Saturday discharged a man accused of assaulting a petrol pump employee after the complainant reached a compromise with him. The incident occurred at a Jubilee Town filling station when the suspect went there to get a refill. As the salesman asked him not to smoke on the premises, the suspect came out of his SUV and allegedly thrashed him before fleeing the scene.
