Kate Middleton shares new family photo from mountain challenge she took on after cancer treatment

Kate Middleton has shared an unseen photograph featuring Prince William, their three children and mountain rescue volunteers. The picture was taken after she completed Britain's National Three Peaks Challenge in June 2026 to support a cancer charity following her cancer treatment. She posted the photograph on October 25 to mark Mountain Rescue Awareness Day and thank volunteers for their service.
