How El-Fasher remains gripped by fear one year after Sudan’s RSF seized the city

One year on from the fall of the Sudanese city of El-Fasher, allegations have emerged that the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces deliberately targeted hospitals and health workers during the 18-month siege.
