Bodycam video shows fatal police shooting of 1-year-old boy

A police officer shot and killed 1-year-old Kohen Wiley outside a Walmart in Mississippi. State officials ruled the shooting was justified. Now, Mississippi authorities have released the body camera video from the officer who fired the shots.
