Architect is struck off after calling her neighbours racist during row 'because they cheered for England and occasionally flew a Union Jack flag'

The Architects Registration Board struck Dr Karin Elliott off for a minimum of two years after finding her guilty of unacceptable professional conduct by sending inappropriate communications.
