US Says Russia, Ukraine to Let Civilians Leave War-Torn Area

The White House said Friday that Russia and Ukraine had agreed to allow for aid in the Ukrainian city of Oleshky and prepare an evacuation route for civilians, even as Kyiv complained that crucial Starlink service had yet to be restored.
