Raizen Business Split Gives Shell Some Rights Over Fuel Unit

Brazilian biofuels maker Raizen SA is putting a portion of its fuel distribution business for sale while also giving shareholder Shell Plc a meaningful stake in the profitable business unit, according to people familiar with the matter.
