Pentagon’s Venezuelan Oil Partner Nabep Boosts Output

North American Blue Energy Partners Inc., which is partnering with the US government to develop Venezuelan oil fields, is deploying a sixth drilling rig as it ramps up production in the South American country, according to a person familiar with the company’s operations.
